Shame the FREEDOM of ART is condemned

“We have received several complaints over the years,” says a spokesperson for the court. “But after the last complaint the board of the court decided to remove the canvas.”

The painting was made by the artists Jan and Joep Gierveld and has to represent ‘the captured love’. A woman is seduced by the devil, but knows herself to be supported by someone with ‘the right’ in her hand.

The complaints show that some visitors do not understand the meaning of this painting.

Some people do not understand this artistic message, says the president of the court, Bart van Meegen. “The design of the court must support our task, namely independent and expert jurisprudence From the complaints it appears that some visitors do not understand the significance of this painting and take it offense. That is detrimental to our task and that is why we have it removed. ”

Best Rachel ; I do not understand either, it is, let’s say the Netherlands at its Narrow. It happened before with a painting in the town hall of Gouda, at least a bad thing for Art in general, gr.Pierre
